Refund Policy

The amount paid through this website is for services which have already been performed.  Any refund or adjustment to an invoice shall be in accordance with each client’s retainer agreement.  If you are paying through this website, it is because you have received a periodic bill from The Family Law Source, P.A. itemizing the time and costs charged to your account for that period.  The itemization includes only brief references to our activity on your case as we do not itemize all specific services rendered on a particular day.  You must contact us in writing within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your periodic bill if you have any questions concerning any charges on your statement.  If we do not hear from you within thirty days, you waive any issue you have with the billing statement.
